Established in 1988, Gulf Intellectual Property or GIP specialises in the practice of Intellectual Property Law. We counsel clients in evaluating, protecting, licensing and litigating their intellectual property rights in the areas of trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights.

Our Head Office is situated in the Kingdom of Bahrain where we have centralised our Intellectual Property operations. In addition to Bahrain, we have offices in Oman, Qatar and Jordan and through joint venture arrangements in each host country, we are able to deal with all Intellectual Property matters in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
